Rock is a man of integrity. “I grew up with a father who taught us your word is your bond,” says Rock. “I have carried this throughout my life, and I believe working with integrity is essential in establishing and maintaining quality client relationships.”
As Associate Vice President of Business Development, Rock is also committed to increasing our value to our current clients, establishing rapport with prospective clients and arranging complimentary consultations.
Rock joined Adalan Private Wealth in August 2021. Previously, he was a professional athlete of the National Football League for eight seasons with the Washington Commanders (formerly the Washington Redskins) and two seasons with the Las Vegas Raiders (formerly the Oakland Raiders), serving as team captain for both. After his playing days, he became a coach with the Cleveland Browns.
Rock earned an associate’s degree in applied science from Trinity Valley Community College and graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in interdisciplinary studies.
Throughout his life, Rock has been involved in many volunteer and community service activities. For over six years, he has participated in the Darrell Green Celebrity Golf Classic that benefits the Youth Life Foundation. He served as a youth football camp instructor for organizations such as the Robert Royal Foundation, SWAY Foundation, Santa Dotson Foundation, and Art Monk/Brian Mitchell Football Camp. He has also participated in several holiday drives such as Toys for Tots and other National Football League Alumni activities.
Rock is originally from Conroe, Texas, and today lives in Leesburg, Virginia, with his children, Brianna, Jaida and Jace. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and traveling.
