Nick Holt

Associate Vice President | Relationship Manager

Nick joined our team in September 2021 and is responsible for business development and key client management and retention. “My primary goal is to ensure trust in our advisors and our practice,” Nick says.

Nick’s experience in managing his own family’s high-net-worth estate helps him to understand the needs and concerns of families and individuals in a similar situation. “I am personable and attentive. Our clients know they have someone they can always reach out to on both a professional and personal level,” Nick says.

Nick first began working at his family’s business, Codale Electric Supply, at the age of 16. “I started learning our business from the ground up. From working in the warehouse stocking and fulfilling orders, quotations, and inside/outside sales, to eventually becoming vice president,” he says. Nick and his family sold the company in 2012, and he eventually left his role in 2017 to start a career in real estate development, partnering with Gardner & Batt based in Salt Lake City.

Nick also has a solid understanding of how to help clients with philanthropic interests. “During my career at Codale Electric Supply, I was responsible for running our charitable golf event and foundation, Codale Children’s Charity. This was a golf and charitable event started in 1994. I was assigned to take over the event in 2001 and ran it until 2017. We were responsible for raising money for various children’s causes. In my last five years of running the charity, we were raising nearly $200,000 annually,” Nick says.

Nick is a graduate of Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he earned a BS/BA in business management and marketing. He is originally from Bountiful, Utah, and now lives in Park City, Utah, with his wife, Brittany, and their children, Avery and Liam. In his free time, he indulges in his wide range of interests, including golfing, mountain biking, fly-fishing, skiing, traveling, boating and coaching youth baseball.
